Sure. Get one of your party trained up in Healing. (And only one. That does it for the entire party.) The higher the Healing rating, the more points get healed in strength/endurance per day. You can train Healing at many churches and all universities. There are also healers in many towns who will train you, but their quality differs. Be sure to have your best party healer examine the town healer before spending your coins.
