Yes, in an aspect you may call it Imperium Galactica 0. Reunion was made by a Hungarian developer team, Digital Reality (
www.digitalreality.hu - you can choose English or Hungarian language on their page), their next project was Imperium Galactica (released in 1997). And in 2000 they released Imperium Galactica II - Alliances, a game is considered one of the best games ever made (it is one of the few games I have bought, and the only one, which I bought shortly after the release - never regretted. After IG2 they made Haegemonia, but I haven't tried it yet. Their other projects are not space strategies.
