Tass Times in Tonetown (aka Ennio: The Legend Begins)! One of my favourite games.
Have requested it two and a half years ago right after joining Abandonia. Then I acquired a copy by myself and wanted to submit it, but those were the (other) hard days of Abandonia, and it came to nothing. But I got FTP Access just yesterday, and will upload it. For a favourite I would do the review by myself, of course, but I failed at writing reviews all times. Btw: The Apple IIGS version is a treasure.
[edit] The dog is Ennio the Legend/Wonderdog, the "snake" is called Franklin J. Snarl, you dye your hair at Chaz's Boutique, and the band name is (The) Daglets.
