Actually, the last three games used VGA (It says so in the menus).
Anyways, these were the golden age of PC shareware gaming, with Apogee and Epic putting out wonderful games on a regular basis. OMF2097, Keen, Wolf3D, Epic Pinball... Half my 100MB HDD was full of their games (the other half being Wing Commander 1 and 2) *grin*
