The fingerprint scanner is neat. Although it doesn't protect anything if people know the password. It's just to hurry things up for the user.
128 RAM isn't the best, but yeah it's enough for wolfenstein enemy territory
And perhaps the computer can handle more, if you'd decide to upgrade it later
