Well, I'm quite interested in how South Korea will perform. They were in semifinals (against Germany, I think) in the last World Cup when their manager was Guus Hiddink. Seeing Australia yesterday, it seems every team he leads performs well. [/b]
I think the referee for the quarter-final game against Spain where Korea finally passed was grossly contested. He invalidated a Spanish "golden goal" (scored during extra time, would have decided the whole game outright) which was later considered clearly valid. It's not only that I'm Spanish, the BBC said the refeering had been "outrageous". (If Spain had showed decent scoring capacities though the refeering wouldn't have mattered that much.)
