OK, so I found that I actually can actually start the game by jamming enter as fast as I can, but when I do it still plays way way way way way too fast. I mean I run forward and I'm dead, I jump and I'm back down in one frame. Is there any way I can slow this down or fix this somehow like I can in DosBox?

(PS: I love the way vomit comes out of his nose as well as his mouth, hee hee, poor guy)
