I'm afraid such a law would bring absolutely nothing, but I agree that such a thing can be very dangerous. There are freaks out there that shouldn't even be allowed internet acces (if you ask me).
But to answer the question... I occasionally post as rainwife as well (or she posts as me). Depends who's behind the keyboard. I really don't feel like getting up, so she just tells me what to write (or the other way around). But that's not really often.
