If you can go into Windows from the game, just press Alt-Print Scrn, then do Paste or Ctrl-V in an image editing program, like Paintbrush, Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop.
If you're using DosBox, Ctrl-F5 does the trick. The screenshots can be found in your DosBox folder, in a subfolder called Capture.
