Well, when I first "drew up" the plans for this, I invisioned it being called "Medial School", and having you basically learn how to perform operations, or diagnose various conditions, then do a "quiz" to get your M.D. Once you have that, you can either train for other specialities or go into a hospital as a General Physician, and you have to diagnose patients and stuff, and you can go back for more training to further your studies, and as you sucessfully complete each degree/speciality it opens up more possibilites for diagnosing patients and performing operations. As in the original L&D games the focus would be on realism, and I would use real [up to a point] MRI, CAT, and X-RAY images to make it more realistic and such. Research and programming isn't a problem, everything would be easy with the exception of the OR, which would probably be the hardest part to do...

You mean "Medical School", right?
