It is the Cybermercs: The Soldiers of the 22nd Century (1998) A sci-fi Diablo clone, a pretty underrated one as I see. Sadly, it seems to be an abandonware. Anyway, thanks for the help.

Also it wasn’t Alien Earth (1998) or Crusader: No Remorse (1995)… but Crusader: No Remorse looks/feels a little similar to it… but with monsters… and different play style/control.
