Runs fine in both DOSBox and PCem. Although it's supposed to run on a plain 486 I strongly advice using a Pentium CPU. In DOSBox than would be >25000 cycles.

For "Syndicate" I would suggest cycles=9600 (that's more or less equal to a 486/66) and memsize=8.

The memory bit is because I used to have game crashes between missions when I added more memory.

If the game is a RIP, under DOSBox try to mount the game folder BOTH as a harddrive and a CD-ROM. This will help with rips that still need MSCDEX.EXE to be present in order to work.

Some old Sierra games are very sensitive to speed and will have problems when run in newer computers. My advice would be to use DOSBox and set cycles to the lowest playable value (3000 for starters)...
