No, that definitely wasn't it, it was certainly at least a 3.1 game or a 95 game, not a DOS game. Thanks anyway though!

Thanks, but that's still not it. I remember it looking a little similar but being more amateurish in art work. Lots of primary colours, if any of that helps.
