The walkthrough reads:

This isn't correct. The villager only offers a statuette head, fruit and a pack of cigarettes... Where can one find the statue?

Tried to fight back but couldn't find the right key on keyboard. Later died by driving off the cliffs. Not a game for me, thats for sure. :)
