well, everything was fine unless my litle sister went on my computer
iam using winXP. if i run taskmngr and want to end some process which is not "mine" (SYSTEM or LOCAL SERVICE for example) i can't! iam the administrator and everything worked two days ago. i think its some setting in registry but i don't know where does anyone know? ..i think i will change sister's account to user |
Run a virus scan and try making a new administrator account ;)
|
Little sisters + Admin privileges = guaranteed trouble, didn't you know that?
|

-intresting thing is that in safe mode i can end such a precesses but virus scan found nothing any other advice? |

dont worry, iam not so newbee to dont try=)
didnt help the only thing left if noone knows solution to this problem is formating system drive and reinstall windows.. and kill my sister=) |
This is why I make sure I know exactly what my sister's doing on my pc... And why I make sure only I know how to do most fo the stuff ^_^
Hm.. ending processes? How do you mean "You cant end them"? Do they not come up, or does "end process" not do anything? |
Under windows, killing a prosess became imposible.
the best way is preventing the prosess to start. run your anti virus, delete infected file. Then there is a list somewere of the programs windows start at the beginig. (in the control panel) make sure there noting unusual in there |

2.i run regedit and delete every uselles, worm-y or spyware-y process all the time then i unchecked all the kinda same services in %SystemRoot%\system32\services.msc ..and do this all the time too the thing is that i wasnt here for 2 days and my sister messed up my computer but thats not the point mara, i wanted to be able to terminate some process if it runs... and iam not able if noone writes me solution under 3 days, iam formatting my system dtive and killing my sister as i mentioned before=) |
