Their site is.... let's say very colored. After checking the FAQ (I mean why do they pay you? what's their profit?), I found this:

go on LEVEL forums(the magazine..you know it) and see the plenty of banned users with topics like "make money on the net" ...that's junt plain dumb :|

It's more stupid than you think. If you'd see the web page, you'd see how ugly and childish it is. I mean it only uses blue, yellow and red. (culorile steagului nostru :Brain: ) Altough it has a big FAQ (very big), I'm curious to see if my friend will receive the money via checks. (if he will, than that's going to be something new)

Well, you really can make money with this things, but not very much. You usually have to let a advertisment bar or something like that running and get some strange currency for every hour. If you let one of those things run for an entire month, without interruption you can get approx 12$ a month or something like that.

And then again they will probably cancel your account before they have to pay you.

Edit:
So I wouldn't say it's totally scam, but it isn't a great way to make money either.
