I recently bought a US FAMCOM in original factory wrapping at a gaming store for $30. I also bought my first RPG I ever played some 15 odd years ago for a mere $4. Overjoyed I hooked up the system and unfortunately the used copy was long burned out past its time :( No luck in ever finding this game for the NES, guess I gotta get a game boy advance just to play it :*(
Anything like this ever happen to anyone? :wall: |
Us famicom as in a NES
|
Yea..The first NES they brought over here.
Well this one is a slightly different model. The Game is inserted vertically. |
The game or the console doesnt work?
|
The console is brand new..the Used Copy doesn't work.
|
Why not search for another copy or just try to find a rom on i-net and play via pc+emulator?
|
Yeah, if I'm not mistaken, if you own the original copy, which you do, then using a backup in .rom form would be a legitimate avenue. I recomend nesticle.

I bought a nintendo for 5 bucks at a garage sale works nicely and It came with castlevania :)

Playing emulated games on a rom with your PC just isn't like playing it on the console with your TV.
It just doesn't feel the same. What's the name of the game you bought anyway? I have a Gamestop nearby that has LOADS of used Nintendo games, perhaps I can find it around there. |
