If anyone is still unsure who exactly owns the copyrights to Heroes of Might and Magic and the actual Might and Magic series after 3DO's bankrupcy - just found a tidbit of info implying that it's Ubi Soft who boughgt the rights to these.

Of course, that might happen to be pretty old info, so I wouldn't be surprised if most people around already know it.
