The money will be a gift-certificate on an Amazon-affiliate supported by your country. What you buy for this money is up to yourself, but you can get a lot of nice games for that sum :ok:

With 'content' we mean reviews complete with info and screenshots :)
In the end you submit a review, screenshots, info and the game (Not that you're supposed to make the game yourselves, although I guess that is allowed :P).

Not really, when you think about it it would probly take longer to actually find a good freeware game then to play it and write a review, I would do R.O.S.E online but I'm not sure if its freeware or what. Plus I got speeches n crud this wek in English so kind of buzy, ya know. :)
