when i try to create characters, many profession like ninja/lord/valkyrie is always missing, is it bug or something....?

If you don't get a high enough initial roll, you don't have the points to spend on the stats necessary to make those professions. When that happens, the game automatically greys out the selections you can't create.

It doesn't take 1,000,000 times: only about 15 minutes. Of course, since you're doing nothing but rerolling, it actualy seems like 1,000,000 times. One of the features of some Wizardry titles I'm not particularly fond of.
