Nice game! But the fish just won't bite. I did everything in the manual but no fish would bite.

I had some problems with this too at first.

Just plan a course towards somewhere (doesn't actually matter where). Then when you're on the boat press F (for the fishing line). Chose the bait (it's good to put on the one that the guy at the supply store recomends - usually number 5).
1-3 are artificial, 4-5 are natural.
Once you have the bait on the hook lower it to 25 (you see the counter at the fishing rod).
Now speed the boat up (with + key). If it's natural bait use speeds 1-5 if artificial up to 8.
Then when the seaguls start to apeare press space (to throw fish in the water). Maybe it won't bite in the first go, but keep repeating this until it does (then be careful).
When the fish is on the hook you need to real it in (shift + down), but you need a strong grip (reft and right). Watch for the scales just above bait.

Yes, that one shows how deep is the sea (30, 50 or 70 metres).

What does that fish, in the far right, in the menu, mean.The difficulty or the fish density?

Well unfortunately the manual doesn't give a hint about that. I guess it's the difficoulty level (it's harder to catch fish if you have it on 3), but I can't be 100% sure - that's why I didn't write it up in the review.

Hmm my graphics are not working as the screenshots show, they are pretty much alot worse..

I need some sort of emulator to run it?
