Yes I agree sure they cost 400 dollars each and he got 400 but what is he going to do with them.

Black market? Not everyone has money to head to expensive clinics, there are many not so legal clinics around, and they'll for sure like to buy implants for $300 instead of $400.

Maybe he's going to do like that one guy did awhile back. He claimed to be a doctor doing uh..I can't remember what it was..I think it was Gyno exams..and he said it was a practice for poor people..and he did them out of like a storage room in one of those storage places.

Of course, it turned out he wasn't a doctor and he made tons of money, and felt up all those women.

Sad.

The sad part is that there are women (or men or whatever for that matter) that are so desperate they will pay someone who they think is a doctor..even when he is working in a STORAGE building..because they need medical services.
