I read about this before, and I actually thought he was supposed to have eaten that bunny already. I think it's a pretty good idea, as he is obviously making some money doing this (I don't get the people who're actually paying him, though). I wish I had thought of it first.

And I really don't understand how people can get so worked up over this. People eat bunnies all the time, you know.

It's not the eating I mind. It is the blackmail.

I wouldn't excactly call it blackmail, but I see what you mean. But what if some guy said "pay me 50.000 USD, or I'm gonna eat five Big Macs"? That's pretty much the same, if you ask me, and there's no way I'd ever give that guy anything.

As I said, I really don't understand the people who're paying the guy with the bunny. If you want to help animals there are much better ways to spend your money, IMO.

I'd imagine that most of the money he's raised is from merchandise instead of actual donations. This site is a definite case of "wish I'd thought of it first". I don't really have a problem with him doing this, there's good eating on a rabbit and at least Toby's going to be cooked in a nice meal instead of buried at the bootom of the garden like most pet rabbits.

Easy way to earn some money I think...I feel pity to all who donate to it....

I can't imagine people to be really that gullible as to send that guy money...
