The publisher (Activision Publishing) and the developer (SEGA Corporation) are ESA members but the game is not protected since 22.06.2016.
Sold only on Amazon Marketplace. (Also on the British, French, and Spanish ones.)

I think we can label the game as 'approved'. Can anyone confirm this?
