Installation of King's Quest VII
 

Hello,

I fail in installing King's Quest 7.
I downloaded it on Another Abandonware website and followed the instructions, using D-Fend Reloaded for my Windows XP.

I tried out several ways to make it work, but I always encounter following message (screenshot in windows mode):

Sadly i have little knowledge about this stuff, that's why i seek you for help.

It's actually available on GOG.com for only $9.99 (also including KQ8).

Their version works easily.

thank you for the advice, but i don't rly want to spend about 5 $ on a game i won't play (kq 8)
