I just stumbled upon this quirky scifi shooter and saw it wasn't on the site, so I had to put in a request.

Neither the developer nor publisher is ESA-protected, does not appear to be protected, and is only sold second-hand on Amaz on.com. Can someone on the staff please confirm this?

The game is also sold here and here but yeah, these copies are second-hand.
