Lag in Ultima Underworld 1

Hey guys so I downloaded Ultima underworld 1 and its running on dosbox, but its really laggy on any settings above low. This is my second ever dos game, but when i run daggerfall it runs fine with no lag, and daggerfall has better graphics than ultima. What do i do to solve lag problem?

I don't have the game so I can't try it myself, but try entering into the DOSBox command line before starting the game:
