Space Colonisation game
 

Hey gang... I'm looking for a game from the 90s.

I remember the introduction began "for thousands of years, earth has been the cradle of human civilization.....now it is time to leave the cradle or die in the attempt"

The first playable part was designing the escape rocket and choosing a planet to try for. The rest was all about building underground planet colonys. I ended up hating it because my monorail system spread plague among my colonies... Now I want to try it again!
