Prohibition Mobster Game

I just have a fond memory of a prohibition mobster game that was basiclly you playing into a ledger that goes from day to day. you plan out your day and click for the day to change and you find out what happened, what your emenies did, and so fourth.
I have no clue the name or anything. Any ideas where to start looking??

I must of been 15-16 playing it, that would be 1992. So time period I would say 1990-1995 (to 1995 incase I was wrong about when I played it)
