Star Trek 25th Anniversary CD bug?!
"Internal error
Out of memory handles Game aborted..." I've had this problem on various original MSDOS machines and DosBox 0.73 ever since I first bought the talkie CD around 1995, even Interplay Tech Support knew nothing back then, anyway, beginning with "Another Fine Mess", my error sporadically appears so you have to save your game after every scene or decision so it can be completed! Anybody else here ever have an encounter like mine? :wall: Rick |
Never had anything like that with the game, nor heard of it.
Maybe you've got a faulty copy? |

Not possible? What kind of thinking is that?
A bad scratch on a bad place on the CD could make the installation faulty. :noworry: |

O.o That's weird like hell.
Try reducing the amount of memory available in DOSBox to 8 mb (memsize=8 in dosbox.conf) and running LOADFIX before you start the game. Also check if the sound configuration used by the game is consistent with the soundcard emulated by DOSBox. |
