Go into Windows\repair and it should be there. Just move it into windows\System32. I found my copy deletes itself regulary, I think its caused by spyware or not shutting down your PC properly

Sorry to :ranting: a bit but I also found the losers bit in the subtitle a bit offensive given that we already had the answer pinned on the site and you didn't see it.
