Gadget - Lost in Time
Greetings!
I'm looking for a platform game used to play few years ago on my 386 PC computer. I don't remember the name of it; I always used to call it "Gadget", cause that name was wrote on the 3,5" disc with the game. But I believe its not proper name (probably there was a game named "Gadget" this before mine and inscription remained). Ok, what was the game about? It was a classic platform game, you were controlling a guy who was travelling the time (not actualy, but at each level, the time was changing). I don't remember every level, but first was Prehistoric, second one acient Egypt, third probably was Vikings or medieval. You couldn't shoot, all you could do were jump at monsters (like dinosaurs in first level and mummies in the second one) which make them... compressed or something, so you could grab them and shoot them to another monster. I believe (i'm not so sure) there was sometimes a possibility to get a pistol or something, with which you could shoot... And things like umbrella to falling slower, etc. The game was pretty colorful, cartoon style. Of course it was an MS DOS game. Thanks for help and excuse me if I've made this topic in wrong forum. |
Is it Inspector Gadget by any chance?
|
Unfortunately, no. It has nothing to do with Inspector Gadet. Don't suggest with the name I wrote, cause probably it has no reference to the game I'm looking for.
But thanks anyway! |
Easy. Its "The Humans 3: Evolution Lost in Time", third sequel to "The Humans" puzzle game.

Nope, it's not Humans, but thanks.
I've found another topic of a guy who is seaching probably the same game: http://www.abandonia.com/vbullet/showthread.php?t=13719 Maybe that will help you indentify that game. |
And perhaps also this thread? I am having a strong sense of deja vu now... LOL
|
Yeah, the very same. I see that I'm not the only one who wants to play that game again... But so far each guy who was playing it doesn't know the name. Maybe it has no name at all? =D

2D or 3D?
|
It's classic 2D platform (like "Alladin" or "The Blues Brothers"), MS-DOS game.
|
do you mean the game where you played as a cat dressed as a detective or something and went to different places to collect artifacts?
