what programes do i need to run this classic game and is the originel XCOM on here

1. You might be able to run it in Windows XP. Operative term being "might". Otherwise, use DOSBox.

2. It's under its alternate title "UFO: Enemy Unknown", but it isn't downloadable (the copyright owners have licensed STEAM to sell it).
