Super Worms (1996)(Wiering Software) Copy Protection Error Bypassing

Hello there for everybody, I've bought a CD called KIDSII, that contained Super Worms Registred version, I also copied the game to my hard drive and somehow lost the CD :(

When I want to start the game in DOSBox, or Windows 98 SE, and even MS-DOS 5.0 and 6.22 I've got this error message

Copy Protection failure, Please reinstall the game

Is there any way to bypass the protection or Hexedit the .exe .dat or .cfg to run the game
I owned the game

I've uploaded it to sendspace to see you guys if you can do something with it
[removed link] - sold game ~Luchsen

I've tried many many tools but it didn't worked
Thx for your help

The game is sold at the company's site, so I had to remove your link. We can't help you with the copy protection since you can't prove that you rightfully own a copy. You would have to know your registration code, download the game from the site above and register again. The last chance would be to e-mail the files to Wiering Software, and ask them if they are able to check the authenticity in order to retrieve the registration code or get new one.

If a game is still sold, we're not going to help anyone with bypassing its' copy protection mechanisms.

Fifth Horseman said it all.

Even if you could prove that you rightfully own the game, we would never help you to circumvent the copy protection.

Ever.

It is also possible that you absolutely need the CD to play the game. Again, we can't help you with that.

nevermind problem solved, somebody managed it
Thanks for nothing

MODS Lock it

it's not illegal to bypass copy protection if you own the game
neither cracks are

It's illegal in the USA and in the EU.

Eagle of Fire 16-08-2009 12:57 AM

I am pretty sure that it is also illegal in Canada.

Closed, there is absolutely no need to have a warez discussion in Troubleshooting.
