Download Link for M.A.X.?

Hi, this may sound really retarded but where can I find the link to download Mechanized Assault and Exploration? I'm new to this site and i figured maybe the link wasn't there since I wasn't registered so I did that and still, I can't find a link to download. Hope someone can help me out, thanks!

well, it's protected so max can't be downloaded
