Yahtzee attempts to conquer TV land

Most of everyone here is probably already very aware of him and his ability to never take a breath whilst speaking. However, now he and Guy Blomberg (Yug) and Matt Burgess have decided to try to bring their brand of gaming chat to the world of television -

Game Damage.

What do you think?

This is the first installment I guess, and it seemed kind of awkward*, the editing is slightly clunky and Yahtzee seems kind of cranky for a lot of it but I guess like his escapist reviews they'll get much better over time, particularly as they get used to the format.

*I'd be awkward too if I was wearing that damn trench coat in the middle of the Australian summer. That thing must stink.

I think Yahtzee is a little camera shy. Either that or he simply dislikes being in the same room as other human beings.

It was pretty good, and could become better with time.

Pilot is ok, Duke Nuken Forever makers parody & WoW question were very funny.

The Duke Nukem skit was pretty good, but a tad bit long. Overall i thought it was pretty bad...while some segments were decent (such as the indi games segment and Yahtzee's blurb about adventure games), they seemed a bit more suited toward a blog, website, or magazine than a TV show. That being said, I think, if they worked on it a bit, it could be pretty good, but, as it is, it seemed like they were trying too hard to not try at all.

Och a bit of Yahtzee overexposure here. I like him for a couple of minutes at a time, he's laying it on a bit thick and for too long on this programme.

I think it needs a lot of work.
And a hell of a lot more to do with gaming in general.
