Ummm, you might not have noticed, but we are no longer the People's Shoutbox Liberation Army. We are now the Victorious People's Shoutbox Liberation Army.

Medals will be given in recognition to the sacrifices made, the selfless devotion to our common Cause and the heroic deeds performed by the Victorious People in their valiant battle against the oppressors of free shouting. Promotions are also to be given to the ones that felt no greater satisfaction than to be at the front line, in dire peril, pointing in which direction the bold and glorious People's Army would march for certain and decisive Victory. Tea and cookies are to be served in the lobby afterwards.

In memory of our fallen (if any) Heroic Comrades (to the not quite dead yet: Come out from your covers. We have won!)
