How do I get myself a signature?
 

Feel free to point out how stupid I'm being, but after telling me how pls. :)

Look at the bottom of this page, "forum jump" jump to "user control panel", there you'll find all your controls.

Aaah thanks. :o I saw your response in the shoutbox but I didn't understand what "forum jump" was, I never used that. I looked and looked in the forum index, didn't thought about looking in a single post for the control panel. Doesn't make much sense if you ask me... :oh:

It makes sense.
You don't need the 'forum jump' when you're on the forum's main page, do you?
From the forum's main page you can click directly where you want to go.
So the forum jump is only needed when you are in a subforum/topic.

But maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to add the 'user control panel' to the 'my account' tab.
Would be easier to find, maybe.

Yes what doesn't make sense is not that the forum jump is not in the index page, it's that it's the only way to get to the control panel. Every forum makes the configuration accessible from the index page, guess the crew forgot about it because now the member accounts are for the whole site not just for the forum, but the signature is only for the forum and can't be changed from the site general profile... OK mission accomplished, thnx.

The problem is...the image has to be less than 10 Kbytes??
I'm not able to use my old and new signatures :(
