Hello my hairy little friends!

Two features that I have always wanted to abandonia:

1: Random game link. Let say, at the top left corner maybe? Anyway, it should be somewhere where it's fast and easy to click. This link would pick a random game from abandonia. I liked this feature at HOTU. I ran into some nice random games when I was looking for fun.

2: Display all games at one page. I know, there is already a feature that lists all games but all games at one page would be darn handy. Im lazy at clicking.

the first idea very good i think, as a small banner on a corner or something. but the second one, i see your points, but that could be kinda difficult to bare for users with low-bandwich i think, so its still better to make it in to more pages.

by the way, why not shaving your hairy little friends?

A one page listing of all games without title screens would be smooth. Maybe this is/will be implemented in the new design?

Why should I?

As for low bandwith users.. well, who says they have to use show all -feature? They can browse just normally.

I like the random search idea. I think that I have personally searched through all the games in this site, but for newcomers it can be nice. Hope they will implement something similar with the new design.

I've seen the random game link in other AW site and for the kind of people who visit these sites there's definitely a likely occurringly state of mind when they would like to have it handy.

Good suggestions Morrin, I like them.
The Random game link is already implemented on A Reloaded, so I think it won't be difficult to insert it on AB.

The random game suggestion has been presented here several times, and people always agree on it.
But it's still not on the site even though it's been said that it would be placed on after site improving stuff and etc. server movings whatever the hell goes on.

I didn't check (beyond this thread) to see if it has been suggested already, but I had always fancied the notion of a a sort-by-size. Yes, I know it isn't a reliable proxy for quality and that sort-by-date does a similar job..

To me it would provide an interesting way to sort out the content. that, and a way to filter out remakes, protected titles and lesser-developed games.

Just reviving this thread as a reminder that a Random feature would be much appreciated. I read earlier that the creators didn't want to implement it because it'd clutter their main page, but how about now with the new site-design?
Abandonia has a great game-library but finding new games within it is kind of a drag. I just get mine from the new reviews that pop up on the main page, but all the old ones in the database will most likely be missed out on.
