Space Station Oblivion
I have not seen this game since it was ruined with my collection many years ago.
It was a DOS or more likely bootable CGA 3D first person perspective puzzle game in which you controlled a 'tank' and fired lasers at various shapes and switches to get from one room to the next. At one point you would come to a hangar and get to fly a hovercraft of some sort. I cannot remember if there were enemies, but I think there were other tanks; nor can I remember the name or the publisher. Many thanks in advance. Leo |
I was able to answer my own question. Space Station Oblivion.
Not long after this post a digg article got front paged - A history of first person shooters http://gnomeslair.blogspot.com/2006/12/his...-pictorial.html Lo and behold, there's the game I was looking for - for quite some time too... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driller_%28game%29 funny how these things work. I spend years wondering about that game, asking friends and anyone who was pc gaming in that period and then I find this forum then the next day someone posts it on digg. |
Moved from FoN to requests and ready to be tagged.
