It's a dumb question.
But no program I've got (CCD, Alcohol, Nero, VCD) can open or burn these image files. Winamp extensions that supposely allow playback of these don't work either.

So... how should I do it???

clone CD creates *.cue images originally
and my Alcohol120 (iam running on 1.4.6) can open cue as well

it can be corrupted file..

about ape, i have never seen one but http://www.sharewareconnection.com/titles/...l-extension.htm

Daemon Tools open .CUE images all right.

My work-mate says .cue is also often used for music playlists and images(back-up that is). But mostly doesn't work without a .bin-data.
EDIT: Uh, just saw, you knew that already... :tomato:

JetAudio should be able to deal with the .ape-format.

CUE is a data file. APE file is supposedly somewhat similar to BIN, except it holds audio data. So, BIN/CUE is the image as a whole, comprised of two files, and same goes for APE/CUE.

Daemon should open ANY sort of images, like you've mentioned. I've never heard of an .APE format, which you speak of. Tried googling? If it's not there, it ain't anywhere.

Visit FILExt.com for file extension info. APE is there.
