set up Tie Fighter (awesome game) but get the following message

DOS/4GW fatal error (1012): C:\TIE\Z_INST_.EXE is not a WATCOM program

Please help me, i am desperate to play this game!!!!

What is the operating system you are usng to run the game. Dos Windows xp etc.

It appears to me that the game is corrupted. You could try to re-install it and see if that helps.
