This site seems pretty good, you can download a plugin that takes notes of what you listened to (there are plugins for all the major music players) and uploads it to a profile like mine is here: (empty for now) http://www.last.fm/user/Tulac/

Based on the calculations, the site can then recommend you music, also you can see people with similar tastes, and stuff...
So join up people, so we can make an abandonia group ^_^

Last.fm is cool, I've been on it for a couple of months. Its interesting looking back at the music you have listened to and the bands/songs you listen to the most.

It would be cool if someone started a group. I'd rather be a member, not the admin of it as I don't come to these forums much anymore.

Yeah, I've had a Last.fm for a while, it's pretty cool. Helps me keep track of what I listen to.

I decided to create a group which I encourage everyone to join. The address is here: http://www.last.fm/group/Abandonia

A nice thing about it is you can have weekly charts that display the most popular bands and songs for that week between the group members.

Another great feature is the radio. You join the channel and it plays music based on what everyone in the group listens to. This is a great way of finding out about fellow Abandonians taste in music.

I'm going to make a post in the Blah Blah Blah section so we can get more people signed up.

Well, I'm not listening that much to music, but that thing actually made me bury out all my favourite music from the deepest depths of my harddrive.

Oh, and I joined the group ;)

I also joined, since I listen to music almost every day. (but just classical music :max: )

It doesn't work with SonicStage. Can you save playlists in Winamp, if you can I'll use that from now on.
