Oh well, at least they didnt make a newspost about it. From what I can understand with my low-level Swedish, it seems to be a some sort of contest.

It's an ad campaign for Cocio, an electronic tour bus promoting the stuff. It's also a comp where you can win Cocia for a year and a ticket to whatever-it-is. Funny note at the end. Unless I'm mistaking, the first prize is taxed!
