i want to patch the game to version 1.2....but if i want to do that,i get a message where is standing:"file c/sierra...exe is not a valid previous version and could not be upgradet".i searched for ours in the internet,but i couldnt find help.....(i have the normal version 1.0 on my computer).

Well, there are a few possibilities:

1. You've got the wrong patch. Perhaps you have the english version and downloaded the patch for the french version.
2. Maybe it isn't a cumulative patch, which means you have to upgrade it to 1.1 first.
3. If you have an illegal version (i.e. cracked) the sierra.exe is changed to get rid of the copy-protection which means the patch doesn't recognize your sierra.exe
4. Or you have applied a no-cd patch to the game, which again means your sierra.exe is
not recognized.

i have got the quest for glory (german version).i download the patch,under a german exsierra site....and it doesnt work anywhere....(i have the original cd :ok: )
