Army Men [SOLD]

Bolth were developed by 3DO, which recently got bought out by some french company, and at least the first in each series is old, so I was wondering if they are considered abandonware or not, they are pretty good games, and I have the first army men, so I would be willing to do a review, if I could ever get it to run on my computer.

IIRC, 3DO--->ESA

AFAIK 3do doesn't exist anymore....question is who holds the rights now then...

The Fifth Horseman 01-07-2005 02:27 PM

Some company has probably bought out what was left of 3DO.

Heroes of Might and Magic 5 is under developement, so SOMEONE holds the rights.. just can't remember who.

3DO went bankrupt in 2002, and their copyright was sold to several different companies. Who owns what, is hard to say.

Problem is, that it might not be the same company that holds rights to older HOM&M games.
