I doubt it, the companies still exist so it's not like the companies have suddenly lost all copyright.

The ESA does more than just protect old games.

Pigggy has a point there. We can add Activision / Vivendi games under the usual condition of not being sold or supported.

So in a perfect world we can upload Sierra games now :)

??? There are many many Sierra games on the site already.

But not all downloadable.
From my check into the matter, most of the QFG collections are not sold anymore (or only used copies are).
