Activision/Vivendi Have Left ESA!

http://www.gamespot.com/news/6190307...stnews;title;0

yay!

looks like we can now upload their games, right?

I doubt it, the companies still exist so it's not like the companies have suddenly lost all copyright.

The ESA does more than just protect old games.

Pigggy has a point there. We can add Activision / Vivendi games under the usual condition of not being sold or supported.

Kugerfang 03-05-2008 12:54 PM

Why don't we upload their games that aren't the best?

_r.u.s.s. 03-05-2008 01:25 PM

who said that we are not gonna to? :p

Geezer 03-05-2008 02:59 PM

The Fifth Horseman 03-05-2008 03:45 PM

From my check into the matter, most of the QFG collections are not sold anymore (or only used copies are).
