If he keeps acting like that elsewhere, he'll get banned there as well.
He was spouting something about someone reporting him to his ISP... joke's on him, because nobody here did that.

If only it would be as simple as him leaving if he was discontented with the site. Instead of adding unnecessary conflict. Can't be helped though :\
