Hard to find any info on this game.
No buylinks found.

I think we can label it as 'approved'. Can anyone confirm that?

Confirmed, therefore[APPROVED].

EDIT: While I can confirm the lack of buylinks, ESA protection, and developer/publisher support, I don't know if Abandonia would be able to accept this game. While the gameplay footage which was linked does seem to defy the language barrier (e.g. in spite of being in German, the game is still extremely playable), the game is, nonetheless in German and, unless an exception were to be made, I'd say this game would have to be marked as invalid due to being non-English.

After discussing with Japo, I learned that non-English games are now acceptable on Abandonia - contrary to what I previously believed and what Abandonia's Definition of Abandonware currently states. In other words, the game is [APPROVED].

Where's the specification about the language in those rules? I can't find any mention. If there's any we should change it.

Exactly. There is no specification; therefore, at least as far as I'm aware, there is no language restriction.
