No. Starting Windows in "Safe Mode" won't do jack to help you run this game.

Guest person - if you read the simple, step by step instructions on how to use Dosbox (there are many, many tutorials scattered around the net) it is really very easy to run these games.

Perhaps we should start explaining how to do Dosbox Frodo style?
The drag and drop bundle thing?
It may help the [**people who don't know**]

Then they'll come back as soon as they try to run a game from a CD-image or one that requires a specific path.
Drag & Drop is simple, but not much simpler than just setting up the thing properly the one time you have to (since after that all can be automated).

I know this is like a really old post. But I have the same problem. And it still doesn't work when I do this.
